Description

Guide customers throughout the entire Order-to-Cash (OTC) process Track order fulfillment and take proactive steps to maintain customer satisfaction Respond to queries, hande complaints via phone calls and emails Collaborate with multiple departments locally and internationally, including sales, finance, logistics, and transportation Ensure accurate documentation and maintain proper document flow in compliance with company policies and legal requirements Requirements: 1 year of working experience in Customer Service English - B2/C1 Familiarity with SAP or other ERP system Microsoft Office (Excel) German - B2/C1Nice to have: OTC / Order Management experience Offer: Office located in Warsaw - work 3 times per week from the office (mandatory) International environment Package of benefits Possible start: May 2026 / June 2026 - Hays Poland sp. z o.o. jest agencją zatrudnienia zarejestrowaną w rejestrze prowadzonym przez Marszałka Województwa Mazowieckiego pod numerem 361.
