Your profile and qualifications
Candidates with experience in servicing, engineering, site installation or commissioning would be added advantage
Experiences and/or process knowledge in application sectors such as Palm Oil, environmental, Food will be added advantage
Minimum 3 - 5 years of managing responsibility in similar industry
Good oral, written and presentation skills in the English language are essential.
Good computer skills with a sound knowledge of the following software packages, Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
Your responsibilities and tasks
Responsible for service sales budget and gross margin achievement
Maintain machine installed databases.
Follow up on spare parts & service quotations.
Manage overall SLA service planning together with Team Leader and Service Support Coordinator.
Actively promote SLA and renewal for expiry SLA.
Monitor and follow up on account receivable.
Plan regular visits to customer site and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Review customer needs and proactively add value to strengthen service package.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers in the assigned territory.
Act as the primary contact for all service-related commercial activities for Separators and Decanters.
New machines sales support – technical support and onsite meeting.
Delivery of top service execution with ensure optimum utilization of the FSE and continuously improve service personal competency to meet customer’s requirements
First point of contact for service sales and service execution
Monitor overhaul execution and job reporting
Monitor and control stock level
Fulfilling ISO and local governance requirement
Evaluates field service reports and assures adequate completion, areas for correction, and selling opportunities such as service recommendations, plant retrofits and upgrades
Participate in the preparation of annual service departmental budget and capital appropriation.
Makes clear agreements with internal and external parties and ensures compliance & safety
Execute any new direction from superior / organization
To ensure workshop is fully functional and equipped with necessity (tools, machines, etc.)
Manage and constantly improve workshop, its assets, tools, methods of work to ensure ease of operations.
