Requirements
working experience as an SAP Business Analyst, SD
good understanding of SAP configuration and customization
S4C experience would be an advantage
Knowledge and experience in SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP SB(Subscription Billing)
Experience in analysis, design, planning, realization and roll out of end-to-end solutions
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to under complex business processes and translate them into system solutions
Ability to navigate a cross matrixed and diverse environment
Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills and team player approach with the ability to connect with global partners to bond, inspire, influence and accomplish goals
Minimum 3 years of experience with cloud software, business process management, and agile methodologies
Desire to work in a global and diverse team
Excellent communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal abilities to manage change
Job responsibilities
Gather and clarify requirements from the business for new features or enhancements.
Create spike tickets to explore, test edge cases, and identify viable solutions.
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and architect to discuss and refine solutions.
Communicate findings and updates back to the business to ensure alignment.
Work with the architect to understand solution design and then write detailed user stories for developers.
Manage stakeholders by keeping them informed of progress and any development issues.
Validate the solution- perform peer reviews of tickets after QA testing is done
Support business testing in higher tier when bugs are found and find the RCA
Provide support for ServiceNow tickets related to production issues.
