Description
Gather, analyse and document business, operational and regulatory requirements Conduct gap analyses and support the design of target operating models Coordinate workshops and facilitate discussions with stakeholders Manage requirements, risks, assumptions and project dependencies Support testing activities, requirements validation and defect management Prepare project documentation, process maps and status reports Collaborate closely with operations, technology, product and programme teams We are looking for candidates who have: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex project environments Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience in Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, Custody, Transfer Agency or Asset Servicing Ability to translate business needs into clear and structured requirements Excellent analytical, documentation and organisational skills Experience in onboarding, migration or transformation programmes will be a strong advantage What we offer: Long-term project until July 2027 with possibility of extension Contract via Hays Opportunity to work on a high-profile transformation programme International environment and collaboration with global teams Hybrid work model based in Wrocław (4 days from office) Exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic business initiatives If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now. Our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support Project Frontier, a large-scale client onboarding and platform migration initiative. This is an excellent opportunity to work with international stakeholders, contribute to complex transformation projects, and play a key role in shaping future operating models within Fund Accounting and Asset Servicing.
