Cooperation mode: Fully remote Compensation: up to 156 PLN/h net (+ VAT) Start Date: ASAP Cooperation: Initial 6-month project with the possibility of continuation depending on project needs Contract type: B2B, through Hays Poland Language: English – C1 Project Overview You will support an ongoing global transformation initiative focused on standardizing and optimizing operational processes across multiple business locations. The program aims to replace fragmented ways of working with unified target processes supported by workflow-based solutions. The scope of work has already been defined at a high level. Your role will be to take ownership of existing materials and transform them into detailed business processes, requirements, criteria, and analytical deliverables that enable successful solution delivery. You will work closely with a Lead Business Analyst and other experienced BA professionals within a wider global program. The collaboration model involves regular knowledge-sharing sessions and cooperation with stakeholders located across multiple regions, including Europe, the Americas, and Asia. Scope of Services: Translate high-level project scope and documentation into detailed business processes and requirements Create and maintain process documentation, analytical artefacts, acceptance criteria, SOPs, and testing materials Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external development partners throughout the delivery lifecycle Facilitate workshops and discussions with global stakeholders across multiple business areas Design workflow solutions with a strong focus on user experience and end-to-end process flow Support solution development activities and requirement clarification Contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), operational readiness, and solution implementation activities Maintain effective communication across a large, international transformation program Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst Proven experience across the full solution delivery lifecycle, including design, development support, testing, and implementation Strong experience working with both business and technical stakeholders Practical experience with workflow-based solutions and process modelling Ability to convert broad business scope into detailed requirements, process documentation, acceptance criteria, and analytical artefacts Experience working in Agile environments; exposure to Waterfall methodologies will be an advantage Strong stakeholder management and communication skills within global organizations Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and maintain delivery momentum in a dynamic environment Fluent English (C1) Technologies & Tools: Workflow platforms such as Appian (experience with Appian is not mandatory) Alternative workflow solutions such as ServiceNow Confluence Azure DevOps Visio Jira or similar collaboration and delivery management tools Nice to Have: Knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, or finance-related business processes Experience working on workflow initiatives within finance or accounting environments Practical experience supporting UAT activities Experience creating test scripts and SOP documentation Exposure to go-live preparation and operational readiness activities What We Offer: A quick competency matching process Standard benefits including preferential rates for LuxMed, Multisport and life insurance packages The chance for a long-term cooperation on projects for top players in numerous sectors Opportunities for future assignments with other leading clients through Hays What will the competency assessment process look like?
