For our client, a global organization operating in a regulated industry, delivering complex enterprise systems and digital transformation initiatives, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of: Senior Business Analyst Work mode: Remote Compensation: up to 180 PLN/h net Contract type: B2B Start Date: 01.07.2026 Language: English - C1 Project & Role Overview: Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements for platform integration Define end-to-end business processes, system interactions, and dependencies Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and solution artefacts Design and support integration workflows (one-way and two-way), including APIs, data mapping, and transformation logic Define data models, ownership and permissions Identify risks related to data, compliance, and confidentiality Support backlog prioritisation and ensure high-quality requirement documentation Lead UAT activities including test planning, script preparation, defect management, and business sign-off Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth transition to production Key Requirements: 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in system integration or enterprise application environments Strong knowledge of integration design (APIs, data flows, synchronisation models, error handling) Hands-on experience in data modelling, governance, and defining data structures Ability to map business processes (current and future state) and translate them into system logic Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex environments Experience with UAT planning and execution Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills High-quality documentation skills (requirements, process maps, test scenarios) Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., financial services, insurance) Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies Nice to have: Experience with CRM, workflow, or client data platforms Exposure to architecture and security discussions in integration contexts Experience working with legal, compliance, and operations teams Practical experience in UAT coordination and business readiness activities What We Offer: A quick recruitment process.
