Description

We are looking for a Data Analytics Consultant to join our team. You will collaborate with a dynamic group to tackle complex business challenges and deliver strategic solutions for leading brands in the Financial Services sector. Responsibilities Build strong partnerships with senior client stakeholders and internal account managers Drive collaborative, value-focused approaches to defining and solving data challenges Work with Senior Leadership to co-create account plans and strategies for data-driven opportunities and business growth Identify data opportunities and enable a variety of data and analytics engagements to generate revenue within client accounts in the financial industry Serve as principal consultant leading complex data transformation projects Develop and contribute to strategic deliverables such as mission statements, assessment findings, and roadmaps Participate in pre-sales activities by evaluating opportunities, responding to RFPs, preparing proposals, and supporting deal closure Lead team development and provide support for strategic financial accounts Achieve target revenue goals to drive client value and business expansion Meet target billable utilization to enhance business operations Initiate and contribute to EPAM Data Practice people initiatives Requirements At least 8 years of relevant experience in data analytics or related fields Minimum 3 years in leadership roles such as Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator At least 2 years of experience managing teams of 20 or more members Participation in at least 5 full-cycle projects or experience launching a product or key product capability to market Practical experience influencing data solution design and technology choices for enterprise data platforms, warehouses, data lakes, and data science platforms Strong background in IT management consulting Expertise in leading large data-driven programs and driving revenue growth within financial account portfolios Advanced skills in building data and analytics business development organizations Proven ability to manage complex technology initiatives and communicate effectively with senior business and IT stakeholders Familiarity with banking, trading, and data aggregation processes Knowledge of pre-sales activities and processes Ability to develop and nurture client relationships and facilitate strategy definition Experience working with current data analytics trends Exposure to customer interactions, expectation management, and presenting solutions and deliverables to senior stakeholders Comfortable working at a strategic level while remaining engaged with project details to add value Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken Nice to have Certifications relevant to data analytics or related fields

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in data analytics or related fields
