Description
Responsible for driving sales of hygienic pumps in the CEE-Region (Balkans and Hungary), supporting and growing an existing business of €1–1.5M. The role focuses on business development and product support within the current SEP/HOM sales network, as well as expanding the agent network and supporting frontline sales teams.

Your profile and qualifications
Bacherlor`s degree or technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or in a related field
Experience in technical sales, preferably in pumps, fluid handling or industrial equipments
Strong technical understanding of industrial processes
Excellent communication skills
Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM-Systems
Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Willingness to travel in CEE region for customer meetings

Your responsibilities and tasks
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners while driving sales and growth of the hygienic pump portfolio
Analyze customer requirements and deliver proper technical solutions, preparing competitive quotations in collaboration with engineering and project teams
Lead technical discussions, presentations, and customer engagements, and support commercial negotiations
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
Provide after-sales technical support and ensure long-term customer satisfaction
Represent the company at industry events and maintain accurate sales reporting in CRM systems
