Requirements
Spoken and written English skills on min. B2 level
CMM, SRM structural repair experience
MRO structural repair workshop/hangar environment preferred
Previous experience of supervising/managing manpower in essential
Ability and willingness to train non-skilled personnel
Must have or willing to work towards gaining company CRS approval
