Required skills

Who are we looking for

  • We are seeking an operational manager to take full ownership of our carrier and supplier onboarding processes. You will design innovative strategies and oversee project execution to ensure the seamless integration of our logistics partners. Your work will directly boost partner engagement and establish operational excellence within our ecosystem.

Your role in the team

  • Designing and executing onboarding strategies for clients, focusing on process optimization, automation, and organizational consistency.

  • Managing onboarding schedules, project phases, and mitigating implementation risks to ensure the timely and continuous launch of logistics operations.

  • Overseeing carrier support and communication channels to maintain high engagement and smooth account activation.

  • Partnering with Sales, Product, and UX teams to align processes with client needs and share feedback for tool optimization.

  • Ensuring the accuracy of company data and overseeing the use of CRM and reporting tools for status updates.

  • Analyzing onboarding effectiveness and preparing outcome reports for key stakeholders.
