Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a field connected to the position
No less than 2 years of working experience in Learning & Development or Adult Education, preferably acquired in an international corporate setting
Self-driven attitude combined with a real enthusiasm for continued learning and growth
Capacity to handle multiple responsibilities and projects in parallel within a quickly shifting environment
Strong organizational and people-oriented skills, along with the ease of collaborating in a culturally diverse team
User-focused way of thinking with a careful attention to the needs of others
Solid command of written and spoken English and Polish
Zakres obowiązków
Lead the onboarding journey for incoming students and act as their key contact throughout their entire educational path
Take part in regular reporting tasks, administrative duties and routine operational activities
Cooperate closely with Regional Program Coordination Teams to keep informed about students engaged in Campus courses
Connect with Talent Acquisition, Marketing and Human Resources teams to support fluent communication and the steady running of corporate procedures
Represent Campus at various internal meetings and outside events, including Department Meetings, Job Fairs and University gatherings
Take ownership of internship-related administrative work and make sure all tasks are wrapped up on time

In this role, you will steer collaborative projects and back regional learning processes, contributing significantly to the success of future IT professionals.
