The opportunity We’re growing our Business Transformation Delivery practice and are looking for experienced Managers who blend project management discipline with human-centered change expertise to help organizations successfully deliver complex, large-scale transformation programs. Our work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — supporting clients through technology-enabled change, operating model evolution, process transformation, and workforce enablement. You will play a key role in turning transformation ambition into tangible results, working in international environments and cross-functional teams to ensure that change is not only well-designed, but effectively delivered, adopted, and sustained. We’re looking for a Change Manager who combines strong project management discipline with deep expertise in organizational change. You will lead change workstreams within complex, international transformation programs — often technology-enabled — ensuring people adoption keeps pace with business and system change.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Use AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate stakeholder analysis, synthesize feedback, and draft communication materials.

  • Create high-quality PowerPoint storytelling for leadership, translating change insights into clear, persuasive narratives.

  • Build AI-supported change dashboards or summaries to track sentiment, adoption signals, and engagement trends.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end change workstreams (scope, plan, RAID, budget tracking, quality).

  • Define and execute change strategies (impact & readiness assessments, stakeholder mapping, change roadmaps, adoption KPIs).

  • Design and run stakeholder engagement approaches, including leadership alignment and change networks.

  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and interviews to integrate employee voice into transformation design.

  • Develop and oversee communication and engagement strategies.

  • Shape learning and enablement approaches (learning journeys, coaching frameworks, change champion networks).

  • Track adoption and behavior change metrics, recommending course corrections where needed.

  • Ensure tight integration between change plans and overall project delivery.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 8–10 years of professional experience, including significant exposure to organizational change in large transformation programs.

  • Strong project management background (planning, governance, RAID, dependencies), ideally managing change as a structured workstream.

  • Experience in technology-enabled transformations (HR systems, enterprise platforms, digital tools).

  • Knowledge of change methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, ACMP or similar).

  • Excellent facilitation and senior stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluent English (C1+).
