Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Country Operations Manager Poland | Future European Expansion This is not an administrative or office management position. We are looking for a senior executive capable of taking ownership of day-to-day business operations, building organizational structure, driving execution, and enabling the company to achieve its long-term strategia objectives. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Lead and manage the company's day-to-day operations in Poland. Ensure smooth execution across all business functions and operational activities. Build scalable structures, processes, and governance frameworks to support business growth. Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Strategy Execution Partner closely with the CEO to execute the company's growth strategy. Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans. Monitor business performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Identify risks and opportunities and proactively implement solutions. Organizational Development Build, develop, and lead local teams. Establish a high-performance culture focused on accountability, ownership, and results. Recruit, mentor, and develop managery and key talent across the organization. Support change management and organizational transformator initiatives. Process & Performance Management Design and implement operational processes, procedures, and KPI frameworks. Define performance metrics and establish reporting systemu. Drive efficiency, productivity, and operational transparencyj across the organization. Ensure business processes are scalable and aligned with international growth ambitions. Candidate Profile Required Experience Minimum 10 years of operational leadership experience. Proven track record of managing teams, business functions, and complex organizations. Experience leading business operations in a fast-growing or dynamic environment. Demonstrated success in implementing processes, operational frameworks, and performance management systems. Strong background in organizational development and people leadership. Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
