Description

About our client Conduct comprehensive credit risk assessments and financial analysis of corporate clients. Support Relationship Managers in structuring financing transactions, including determining appropriate financing amounts, tenors, and transaction structures. Participate in client meetings and conference calls to discuss financing needs and business performance. Prepare credit applications and recommendations based on in-depth analysis of clients' financial standing, business activity, industry position, and creditworthiness. Evaluate transaction risk, recommend internal ratings, and formulate well-supported credit opinions and conclusions. Present credit proposals and recommendations to Credit Committees. Act as a key coordinator throughout the credit approval process, ensuring effective communication between Relationship Managers, Risk Analysts, and Credit Committee members. Cooperate with internal stakeholders to support portfolio management activities and ensure proper implementation of credit decisions. Review and validate credit-related documentation required for credit applications, working closely with relevant internal teams. Perform regular monitoring and periodic reviews of clients' financial performance and overall risk profile. Requirements Minimum 3 years of professional experience in corporate banking, preferably within credit analysis, credit risk, or relationship management support functions. Fluent English skills (minimum C1 level), both written and spoken. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to critically evaluate and challenge financial and business information. Solid understanding of corporate financial analysis and credit risk assessment. Ability to analyze financial statements prepared under both local and international accounting standards, including consolidated financial reporting. Good knowledge of corporate finance principles and financial performance evaluation. Understanding of various industries and market sectors, with the ability to discuss business models, risks, and opportunities in a professional manner. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a dynamic banking environment.
