Key Responsibilities Lead the launch and development of the company's operations in Poland. Oversee the establishment of a new operational hub, ensuring readiness across legal, financial, administrative, and HR functions. Drive operational excellence and ensure the achievement of key business objectives and performance metrics. Hold full responsibility for the local budget, financial performance, and operational effectiveness. Build and develop the organisational structure, including the recruitment and leadership of senior management teams. Collaborate closely with global stakeholders and executive leadership to align local operations with broader business objectives. Act as the primary representative of the organisation in Poland, building relationships with key external partners and institutions. Ensure compliance with local regulations, labour laws, data protection requirements, and corporate governance standards. Candidate Profile Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in senior management, country management, or general management roles. Proven track record in launching, establishing, or scaling shared services centres, business services operations, GBS, SSC, BPO, or other service-based organisations. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and business performance. Demonstrated success in building, developing, and leading high-performing teams and leadership structures. Solid understanding of the Polish business environment, labor market, and employment legislation. Fluency in both Polish and English.
