Credit & Collections Specialist (m / k)

Description

We are looking for a Credit & Collections Specialist to support Order-to-Cash operations in an international environment. Location: Wrocław/ hybrid B2B Contract/ UoP Immediate start available

Requirements

• Min. 1 year of experience in Credit Management, Collections, AR or OTC

• Fluent English

• Experience in customer account management and collections

Responsibilities

• Managing customer accounts and outstanding receivables

• Performing collections activities

• Following up on payment disputes

Strong communication skills

• SAP knowledge is a plus
