Your team
You’ll be working for our Model Performance Monitoring and Disclosure team within Credit Model Analytics Crew in Poland. Working together with our colleagues of the global Quantitative Risk Modeling team it is our role to employ modern quantitative techniques to ensure that our risk control models are fit for purpose and meet all regulatory requirements. In this position you will help the team to keep up with developing regulatory and internal requirements, automation and digitalization of the financial industry.

Your expertise
graduate of student of mathematics, statistics, econometrics, physics, computer science, economics, or another quantitative area
ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to the project and team.
a ""can-do"" attitude, with motivation to learn independently, take initiative, and adapt to new challenges and technologies as part of a truly international team
good in English, both spoken and written
familiarity with or interest in learning financial risk concepts such as PD, LGD, and EAD. Sound knowledge of statistical testing and the most common econometric models (linear regression, probit/logit,...) is a plus
good command of at least on of Python, R or other programming languages. Experience with data modelling libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn etc.) and web frameworks (flask/fastApi) is a plus
familiarity with SQL databases is a plus
familiarity with Git for source code management is a plus
frontend Interest (React/Typescript as a plus) - An interest in or basic experience in building dashboards/web interfaces and visualizations would be beneficial

develop and maintain analytical tools and dashboards/reports which help to measure and control risk in an accurate and transparent way
improve and automate our monitoring framework and support stakeholders and our team in daily tasks
implement AI tools to improve user experience and boost team productivity
