Requirements
2–3 years in CRM, customer marketing, loyalty or promotional operations (ideally in retail, FMCG, e-commerce or loyalty-driven environments)
Masters / Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or technical field
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce, Braze, Synerise)
Hands-on experience with configuring offers in loyalty systems (e.g. Eagle Eye)
Good understanding of campaign performance metrics and reporting
Advanced level of English (minimum B2) is required
Analytical mindset (segmentation, A/B testing, campaign analysis)
Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple campaigns
Good stakeholder collaboration skills
Experience in multi-market environments
Willingness to work on-site in Poznań at least 3 days per month
Responsibilities
Manage backlog and support prioritisation of CRM offers initiatives
Translate business requirements into campaign setups
Configure, test and activate offers, rewards and promotional mechanics in CRM and loyalty systems (e.g. Eagle Eye)
Execute end-to-end CRM campaigns across channels and ensure correct targeting logic, segmentation and automation flows
Coordinate campaign setup and resolve execution issues
Work with Commercial, Data & Analytics, Category and Marketing teams to implement customer offers
Support offer setup based on business assumptions (discounts, mechanics)
Maintain overview of active and planned offers across markets
Monitor and report campaign performance (open rate, CTR, redemption, sales uplift, ROI)
Support analysis of results and identify optimisation opportunities
Execute A/B tests and contribute to Test & Learn activities
Maintain CRM campaign and offer calendar and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and according to plan
Maintain documentation and version control of campaigns and offers
Support continuous improvement of CRM processes and execution quality
