Customer Service Specialist with German

Description

Provide customer support through both email (85%) and phone (15%) communication in DACH region Handle orders, returns, deliveries and billing-related inquiries Collaborate closely with logistics, finance and sales departments Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer information Escalate and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction Contribute to process improvements within the Order‑to‑Cash cycle Requirements: Customer Service experience - at least 1 year (office / international, corporate environment) English - B2 German - B2 Strong communication and problem-solving skills Nice to have / optional: Professional experience in the Order To Cash processes Familiarity with other European languages Offer: Hybrid (3+2) with the office located in Katowice Package of benefits: sports card (Multisport), private medical care (Medicover) Contract of employment, directly with the employer Possibility to start in May, June or July 2026 - Hays Poland sp. z o.o. jest agencją zatrudnienia zarejestrowaną w rejestrze prowadzonym przez Marszałka Województwa Mazowieckiego pod numerem 361.
