Guide customers throughout the entire Order-to-Cash (OTC) process Track order fulfilment and take proactive steps to maintain customer satisfaction Respond to queries, handle complaints via phone calls and emails Collaborate with multiple departments locally and internationally, including sales, finance, logistics and transportation Ensure accurate documentation and maintain proper document flow in compliance with company policies and legal requirements Requirements: 1 year of working experience in Customer Service / Order Management English - B2/C1 German / French / Italian - B2/C1 Familiarity with SAPNice to have: Microsoft Office (Excel) Offer: Office located in Warsaw - work 3 times per week from the office International environment Package of benefits Possible start: July / August / September 2026 - Hays Poland sp. z o.o. jest agencją zatrudnienia zarejestrowaną w rejestrze prowadzonym przez Marszałka Województwa Mazowieckiego pod numerem 361.
