We are currently building in Poland a dedicated team which will focus on advisory in the area of Finance & Performance. The Team will advise our Clients in complex issues relating to i.a. Reporting, Budgeting, Controlling processes. We are looking for high-energy, committed and ambitious people to join our advisory practice. Next to advising on most sophisticated and challenging issues relating to the above mentioned areas, our Consulting professionals will also advise on potential solutions leading to optimisation of the above mentioned processes. About the team

• The Cyber Strategy team at Deloitte helps organizations develop and implement cybersecurity strategies to address emerging threats and evolving regulatory requirements. We work closely with clients to assess their current security posture, design tailored cyber risk management frameworks, and align their cybersecurity efforts with business objectives. Our team provides strategic guidance on areas such as governance, risk management, compliance, and incident response, helping clients navigate complex cyber challenges while safeguarding their critical assets and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Who we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, ICT risk management, or cyber controls.

• Strong project management skills with a focus on cybersecurity assessments.

• Excellent communication skills in English, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

• Critical thinker with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs.

• Degree in Business Informatics, IT, or a related field.

• EU residency.

• Experience in IT consulting or risk management, and familiarity with frameworks like ISO 27001 or COBIT, with relevant certifications (CISA, CISM).

Your future role

• Leading and delivering cybersecurity assessments aligned with regulatory and cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, NIS2 or DORA.

• Performing cybersecurity risk assessments.

• Managing cybersecurity projects.

• Participation in cybersecurity consulting projects (e.g. preparing cybersecurity strategy, data privacy consulting, cybersecurity trainings).

• Participation in regional and European level cybersecurity projects as an expert.
