Description

Your role: You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of master data across ERP systems, including Vendor, Customer, Employee, and Contract data. You will work closely with finance, procurement, IT, and other central teams, supporting audits, resolving data issues, and improving data governance processes. Key responsibilities: Maintain and ensure high quality of Vendor, Customer, Employee, Contract and Asset master data across ERP systems in line with internal policies Review, reconcile, and align master data between ERP systems and related sub‑systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency Process and control data changes based on approved requests, enforcing data governance and data protection standards Cooperate with Finance, Procurement, IT, Payroll, Fleet and other global teams to resolve data issues and improve processes Support internal and external audits, identify data gaps, errors, and opportunities for standardization and improvement Meet SLA requirements, participate in ongoing and ad‑hoc projects, and build strong relationships with global stakeholders What we’re looking for Experience in Master Data Management and working with finance-related data Confidence working with ERP systems (e.g. Navision, SAP, Concur, Coupa, Maximo or similar) Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Ability to analyze data, resolve inconsistencies, and communicate clearly Team-oriented mindset and a proactive, service-driven approach Very good knowledge of English What we offer: Scandinavian work culture and positive working atmosphere Impact on the development of the office and the growing team Work-life-balance, numerous events and initiatives for employees Benefits: health care package, multisport, insurance, MyBenefit points, Christmas & Easter bonus, numerous events, Barista station in the office Hybrid work model Opportunity for professional development in the finance department The real opportunity for advancement If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
