Hybrid work from Kraków UoP/B2B Your new role Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, process flows, and user stories. Lead workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and automation opportunities. Configure Dynamics 365 CRM, including forms, views, entities, workflows, business rules, dashboards, and reports. Support the development of low-code solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). Assist with integrations, data migration activities, and reporting requirements. Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams, providing guidance and supporting Agile delivery processes. What you'll need to succeed Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role, preferably within CRM projects. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering. Experience creating functional documentation and process models. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a strong advantage. Familiarity with integrations and APIs is a plus. Nice to Have Dynamics 365 or Business Analysis certifications. Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
