Enterprise Solutions Architect (D365)

Description

Your new company Holding this role you will be responsible for designing solution architecture across D365 F&O, D365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing), and the Power Platform, defining application landscapes, data flows, and integration patterns with systems such as MES, WMS, HR, or banking platforms. You will oversee architecture governance by establishing standards, reviewing solution designs from product teams, promoting fit‑to‑standard practices, and minimizing unnecessary customizations. The role covers integration and data architecture, including API‑based, middleware, and event‑driven integrations, master data strategy, and data ownership definition. You will be working closely with product teams, the architect guides Business Analysts and Developers, resolves complex cross‑functional challenges, and ensures that solutions are reusable and scalable. You will collaborate with security and infrastructure stakeholders ensures that all designs follow security‑by‑design principles and comply with standards such as ISO, NIS2, and GDPR. The role also supports DevOps by contributing to CI/CD practices, environment management, and release governance, ensuring the architecture enables automated and reliable delivery. Additionally, the architect shapes the D365 technology roadmap, evaluates new platform capabilities, recommends improvements, and supports long‑term scalability and cost optimization.What you'll need to succeed The ideal profile includes min. 7 years of experience in enterprise applications, deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and/or CRM), solid solution architecture and system integration experience, and a strong understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, sales, and service. Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, familiarity with Power Platform, Azure integration services, and common integration patterns is highly beneficial. Certifications such as Microsoft Solution Architect or Azure Architect are a plus. Key competencies include strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, the ability to design scalable and secure architecture, excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders, and experience working in product‑based or Agile environments. Due to work in international environment you need to speak fluent English.
