This is the right job for you if:

  • You have 3 years of experience in a similar position within the logistics or courier industry

  • You have experience in conducting training sessions

  • You are characterized by the ability to make decisions independently and act effectively under pressure

  • You possess analytical skills and excel at effective communication

Your main responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the onboarding and training of carriers and couriers

  • You will handle the administration of courier scanners and access cards for new couriers

  • You will coordinate the key performance and quality metrics of couriers

  • You will focus on defining courier delivery zones

  • You will be responsible for the timeliness of orders and deliveries

  • You will support couriers in the field and regularly accompany them on their routes (at least twice a week)

  • You will cooperate with the CX (Customer Experience) team regarding interventions and complaints
