Requirements
3+ years hand on desktop support experience in a busy IT environment
Experience with SCCM necessary, with experience of configuration of Peer Caching and rolling out patches/updates across a network with associated best practice.
Experience of ManageEngine ADSS desirable
Experience in remote and on-site PC fault diagnosis/troubleshooting
Strong troubleshooting skills with PC hardware
Knowledge of Active Directory, Win10/11, Microsoft365, Citrix, Printing, Symantec Antivirus, VPN,SCCM
Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential
Good team player
