Description
Working Student is a long-term paid internship, that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT and Telecom world. As our Trainee you can have experience working in such areas that correspond to full-time engineering jobs. The internship usually lasts from 6 to 24 months. Requirements
Status of student of Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or Software Technology or equivalent education
Good English, both spoken and written
Availability to work from the office
Linux knowledge and troubleshooting skills in Debian or CentOS or Ubuntu (installation, network, and storage configuration, LVM, Bash and/or Python scripting)
Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, ARP, VLAN)
VMware, KVM and OpenStack knowledge and troubleshooting skills
HW knowledge f.e. HP/Quanta servers, HPE 3PAR storage array
Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
Responsibilities
new installations and troubleshooting of Linux Virtual Machines hosted on our VMware, KVM and OpenStack platforms
installation and maintenance of physical servers and workstations
