Each day, you will execute assigned activities as per ABB standard procedures. • The candidate will be responsible for converting purchase requisitions to purchase orders in SAP.

• The candidate will resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely payment.

• The candidate will monitor and follow up on open orders, including GR booking reminders.

• The candidate will maintain and update material master data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• The candidate may support sourcing activities, including managing Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and evaluating supplier proposals.

Qualifications for the role

• Proficient in business English (B2/C1) and Spanish (B2/C1).

• At least 2 years of experience in operational procurement/SCM area

• Excellent communication skills and team work spirit

• Customer focus with proactive attitude

• Negotiation skills will be an asset

• Hands-on experience with SAP / SAP Ariba would be an asset

• Advanced Excel skills would be an asset
