Your profile and qualifications

  • Have extensive experience from engineering, equipment or food and beverage manufacturing.

  • Preferably bring some years of leadership experience.

  • Hold a degree in engineering, preferably within process or mechanical engineering or similar.

  • Have experience with engineering-to-order, design engineering and customer projects.

  • Are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.

Your responsibilities and tasks

  • Lead project engineering activities, ensuring that our solutions consistently meet customer expectations and project requirements.

  • Manage your engineering team and ensure the right resources are available for projects, engineering tasks and technical support activities.

  • Plan and coordinate department resources, follow up on project progress in compliance with GEA best practices and contribute with scope clarifications, technical input and review estimations for new projects.

  • Ensure efficient utilization of resources from our global engineering team while securing correct engineering documentation, drawings and customer specifications.

  • Drive optimization and implementation of improvements within engineering processes, tools and templates in cooperation with engineering teams in DACH Nordic cluster.

  • Support alignment with our Engineering Excellence regarding engineering standards, tools, product compliance and strategic initiatives across functions and business areas.
