Each day, you will be making sure that our application landscapes evolve coherently while enabling business units and product teams to retain autonomy in how they build and run applications. You will also be responsible for setting up enterprise guardrails, target states, and decision frameworks for application architecture, focusing on modularity, lifecycle management, interoperability, and alignment to business capabilities. This role has no direct reports.The work model for the role is: #LinkedIn_hybridYou will be mainly accountable for:Directing the development of enterprise domain architecture and processes, to ensure that change is embedded in the organization management. Qualifications for the role
10+ years in application or enterprise architecture roles in large, decentralized, or federated organizations
Proven track record in application modernization and portfolio rationalization
Experience influencing architecture without direct delivery ownership
Expertise in application architecture patterns (monolith, microservices, modular monoliths), SaaS and COTS integration models, domain-led design and capability mapping application lifecycle management and hybrid and multi-cloud application environments
Strong architectural judgement and pragmatic decision-making
Ability to balance enterprise consistency with local set-up
Executive-level communication and storytelling
Comfortable in facilitating trade-offs across cost, speed, and risk
