Your team

• In this role you will be accountable for platforms and projects in the WMA Corporate Institutional and Advisory Solutions Team. This is a hands-on technology role working in Wroclaw, PL. You will also work with broader team members distributed across US, Poland and India.

Your expertise

• Strong experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (TypeScript is a strong advantage)

• Practical experience integrating front-end applications with REST APIs

• Good understanding of common web security practices, including concepts such as JWT and secure communication (TLS/SSL), and how they relate to frontend implementation.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

• Nice to have:

• Familiarity with cloud environments (preferably Azure) and modern deployment pipelines

• Familiarity with security concepts (authentication, authorization, encryption, digital signature), SSL, JWT, web service proxies, firewalls and multi-protocol gateways.

• Good UNIX/Linux experiences and scripting skills

• Experience with Python will be a plus

• Academic degree- Bachelor or Master is a must have

• We’re looking for a Senior Front- end Engineer to:

• Design, develop, and improve the digital products and technology services we provide to our clients and employees

• Apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing and deployment

• Ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements

• Understand, represent, and advocate for client needs

• Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, help with hiring, and contribute regularly to our engineering culture and internal communities
