Finance Business Partner

Description

Act as a Finance Business Partner for the entities operating in Poland and support management in business decision-making. Prepare financial analyses, budgets, forecasts and recommendations to support business growth. Analyse profitability, margins, costs and financial performance, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements. Coordinate month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes and oversee financial reporting. Cooperate with Shared Service Centres, external accounting providers, payroll vendors and tax advisors. Ensure compliance of financial processes with group requirements and internal standards. Coordinate key finance-related projects. Support initiatives related to automation, digitalisation and process improvement. Act as the local finance expert and primary point of contact for the Group. Requirements Experience as a Finance Business Partner, Finance Manager or Senior Controller within an international environment. Strong knowledge of controlling and financial reporting. Experience working with SSCs, external accounting providers and auditors. Good understanding of accounting processes. Experience working with SAP and advanced Excel skills. Ability to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations. Fluent English. Strong level of independence, proactivity and stakeholder management skills.
