Fund Accountant - Private Equity

Description

Key Responsibilities Prepare NAV calculations, fund accounts, journal entries, and reconciliations. Support investor reporting, capital calls, and distributions. Process fund expenses, management fees, and fund-level transactions. Liaise with clients, auditors, and external service providers. Support audits, financial reporting, and regulatory deliverables. Contribute to process improvements, automation, and technology initiatives. Requirements 2-4 years of experience in Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, or Financial Services. Experience with Private Equity, Private Credit, or alternative investment funds. Strong understanding of NAV calculations and fund accounting principles. Experience with Investran, Geneva, or similar fund accounting platforms. Advanced Excel skills. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. Availability to work from the office 4 days per week. Nice to Have Audit and financial statement experience. Knowledge of PE fund structures, waterfall calculations, and investor allocations. • We are looking for experienced Fund Accountants to join a growing Private Equity team supporting international investment funds. This role offers exposure to complex fund structures, investor reporting, NAV calculations, capital activity, and client-facing fund operations.
