Description
You'll combine relationship management, process improvement, and problem-solving while acting as a trusted advisor to both custodians and internal stakeholders. Manage relationships with custodians and external business partners Organize and lead regular meetings with stakeholders Negotiate and oversee Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Monitor daily operational issues, identify root causes and support solution implementation Assist clients and internal teams with non-standard requests, process changes and escalations Coordinate activities related to Class Actions, OBT requests and KYC documentation for German custodians Ensure timely submission of fund and tax-related documentation Deliver high-quality and efficient query handling Develop, document, and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and service quality Requirements: 2 years of experience in fund operations Good understanding of the investment fund industry, particularly a European one Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience in project coordination, contract management or process improvement would be an advantage Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach Fluency in English and German is required What's in the offer: Private healthcare and travel insurance Life insurance coverage Cafeteria benefits program and sports package Pension and employee savings plan Employee referral bonus scheme Additional paid day off for volunteering activities Holiday allowance Hybrid working model (1x per week from the office) - the office is located in KRAKÓW - Hays Poland sp. z o.o. jest agencją zatrudnienia zarejestrowaną w rejestrze prowadzonym przez Marszałka Województwa Mazowieckiego pod numerem 361.
