Your team

• You will be working in the ManCo Delivery Team in UBS Asset Management (Europe) S.A. Oddział w Polsce in Krakow, Poland. The Team is responsible for delivering investment fund-related services to the European Management Companies located in Luxembourg and Switzerland. You will report directly to a local Team Lead and work closely with your colleagues, other teams within UBS and different external stakeholders.

Your expertise

• 3+ years of relevant industry experience (tax, fund accounting, audit).

• A relevant academic background, such as a degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.

• Strong Tax background from any European jurisdiction (e.g. Lux, CH, Lux), combined with a very good understanding of double tax treaties and international tax principles.

• Ability to resolve and respond to complex queries in a timely manner with a careful and exact approach to allocated tasks.

• Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.

• Collaborative personality, with the ability to complete tasks independently.

• Very good written and spoken English (knowledge of German or French will be an asset).

Your role

• Would you like to gain more experience in the investment fund industry? Do you have an audit and risk mindset? We’re looking for a Fund Oversight Specialist in Poland to:

• Support the ManCo teams in fund tax oversight activities for various fund types.

• Conduct routine independent reviews of fund administration and tax provider processes.

• Assess and mitigate operational risks associated with tax activities.

• Provide administrative support for tax‑related processes.

• Maintain and continuously improve procedures.

• Support regulatory change management activities.
