The team

• You will join the GRESC Platforms & Shared Services team in Kraków.

• The team supports global processes, tools, and projects used across UBS. You will work with colleagues who collaborate with various UBS functions to redesign tools, enhance processes, and maintain high quality management information.

Your skills and experience

• No prior experience is required. We are looking for someone who is:

• very good written and spoken English

• good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• attention to details and accuracy

• gift for analyzing data and solving problems

• very good work organization and time management, the ability to shift and prioritize the tasks

• fast learner with the ability to quickly absorb knowledge and shift the scope of tasks

• excellent communication skills and ability to cooperate with broad range of stakeholders

• comfortable working independently, while being oriented at the team common goals at the same time

Key responsibilities

• As an intern in the GRESC Platforms & Shared Services team, you will support activities that help UBS run efficient processes and maintain high quality information across the organization.

• This internship is designed for someone without professional experience who is motivated to learn, open to new challenges, and interested in working in an international environment.

• We are looking for someone like that at Group Real Estate Supply Chain Risk & Buisness Management Krakow team who will help us with:

• review UBS sourcing requests and contract documents in accordance with global UBS policies and contracting standards

• enter key contract metadata into internal contract management system

• support testing and development of the internal Real Estate Application

• check sourcing requests compliance and risks data
