Wymagania
Min. 5 years of experience in Licensing, Brand Partnerships, Category Management, Commercial Management or Marketing within Retail, Fashion, FMCG or Consumer Products industries.
Master’s degree.
Strong understanding of the Retail, Fashion and Consumer Products market and its key trends.
In-depth knowledge of the licensing industry and experience in building successful brand partnerships.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Solid expertise in entertainment, character and lifestyle brands.
Comprehensive understanding of marketing principles and customer engagement strategies.
Proven experience in licensing management and portfolio development.
Excellent commercial negotiation skills with the ability to drive mutually beneficial agreements.
Strong knowledge of contract management and commercial governance.
Demonstrated success in developing and growing strategic partnerships.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse groups.
Strategic and commercially minded leader with the ability to translate business priorities into actionable plans and deliver measurable results.
Willingness to work in a hybrid model, including 2-3 days per week from our Poznań office, as well as business travel.
Zakres obowiązków
Develop and execute Pepco's licensing strategy.
Own and drive Pepco's licensing agenda across all product categories and markets.
Build a licensing roadmap aligned with customer trends, target groups and business priorities.
Identify new licensing opportunities and future growth areas.
Build relationships with licensors, agents and brand owners.
Lead negotiations and secure new licensing partnerships.
Manage licensing investments, royalties and commercial performance.
Evaluate business cases and monitor ROI.
Drive profitable growth through licensing programs.
Coordinate licensing agreements with Legal teams and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and approval processes.
Manage licensing governance, risks and royalty budgets.
Secure and maximize licensor-funded marketing support and co-funded activations
Partner with Design and Category Management teams to implement licensing strategies.
Support product development and approval processes.
Ensure successful execution of licensed programs.
Monitor performance of licensed brands and recommend future portfolio direction.
Evaluate trends and customer insights to optimize the licensing portfolio.
Partner with Marketing to deliver impactful in-store and digital licensing campaigns.
Build effective collaboration between Product, Marketing, Legal, Sourcing and Operations.
Drive continuous improvement of licensing processes.
Build, coach and develop a high-performing team.
