We are looking for people who:

  • Build partner relationships with the operations team, translating strict regulations into practical solutions.

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar position (distribution/logistics center, courier warehouse, or sorting hub) and possess a strong knowledge of highly dynamic logistics or production environments.

  • Hold a university degree with a major or specialization in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or postgraduate studies in this field.

  • Have an excellent knowledge of current OHS, fire safety, and labor law regulations, and can skillfully apply them in practice.

  • Are independent, able to organize their own work, and identify tasks while working in a distributed team.

  • Skillfully cooperate with people at various management levels.

  • Hold a category B driving license.

  • Are ready for regular business trips to the company's locations within the region.

  • Hold Fire Protection (PPOŻ) Inspector qualifications.

  • Speak and write English at a B2 level, enabling them to conduct training sessions.

  • Inspire co-workers to shift their mindset from "I have to follow the rules" to "I want to care for safety."

Your main responsibilities:

  • Acting as an advisor and providing proactive support to the operations department regarding occupational health and safety (OHS) in your region (North-Western Poland).

  • Monitoring working conditions and ensuring compliance with OHS regulations and rules in assigned organizational units (courier depots and sorting hubs).

  • Conducting initial training, analyzing needs, and planning periodic training sessions.

  • Developing and implementing standards, workplace instructions, and occupational risk assessments.

  • Participating in post-accident investigations, including determining causes and circumstances, as well as implementing corrective actions.

  • Managing OHS documentation: preparing reports, statistics, and maintaining required registers.

  • Cooperating with occupational environment laboratories regarding measurements.

  • Supervising fire safety.

  • Promoting a safety culture and raising employee awareness.
