Required skills

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience as an HRBP

  • Languages: Polish and English at a minimum B2 level.

  • Knowledge and qualifications: Knowledge of labor law and current HR processes, familiarity with meeting facilitation techniques, as well as a solid understanding of Change Management and Talent Management methodologies.

  • Soft skills:

  • Business orientation: Understanding the organization’s business specifics, its strategic and market goals; the ability to translate the needs of a selected area into HR solutions.

  • Analytical thinking: Logical thinking, the ability to draw conclusions from HR data and metrics, and translating them into business actions.

  • Responsibility and reliability: Proactivity, taking ownership of assigned tasks, taking responsibility for decisions, and being goal-oriented.

  • Partnership and business courage: A partnership approach in relationships with leaders, assertiveness, and the courage to express opinions and ask tough questions.

  • Emotional intelligence: Highly developed communication skills, empathy, and maturity in managing emotions.

Who are we looking for

  • We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Business Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with a designated business area, becoming a key, day-to-day support for leaders and their teams.

Bonus points for

What will you do

  • Build leaders’ awareness and accountability through consulting, education, and providing tools related to People & Culture processes.

  • Support managers in team performance management and the employee life cycle (from onboarding, through feedback, succession, and performance improvement plans, to offboarding).

  • Advise leaders with tools for change management and new business challenges, designing communication plans, removing information barriers, and resolving conflicts.

  • Create, optimise, and operationally implement People & Culture procedures, taking into account current labor laws and internal company regulations.

  • Actively collaborate within HR structures (and beyond), executing joint projects, and willingly sharing knowledge within the team.
