Description
Warsaw | Hybrid (3 days in the office) | Flexible working hours (start between 8:00-10:00) | Initial 6-month contract with possibility of extension Are you an HR professional who enjoys supporting employees throughout their entire journey within an organization? Managing employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding Preparing and processing employment contracts, amendments, promotions, transfers, leave arrangements and terminations Maintaining employee data and ensuring accuracy within HR systems (SuccessFactors) Supporting onboarding activities and ensuring a smooth employee experience Preparing payroll-related documentation and cooperating with payroll teams Providing HR administrative support to employees and managers Supporting annual HR processes, including performance reviews, salary reviews and bonus cycles Acting as a point of contact for HR-related policies, procedures and systems Collaborating with various departments, including HR, Payroll, IT and Facilities Participating in HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives We are looking for: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Administration, HR Operations or Shared Services Good understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR processes Experience working in an international environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset Fluent English (C1 level) Very good MS Office skills, particularly Excel Nice to have: Experience with SuccessFactors and/or ServiceNow Payroll administration experience Additional European languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, German, Swedish or Norwegian Knowledge of UK HR regulations What's in it for you?
