Description

Who are you?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
Experience in software development, automation engineering, application configuration or digital product development.
Hands-on experience with at least one of the following technologies: UiPath, SAP SuccessFactors Accenture Document Composer, Adobe Sign or Microsoft Power Platform.
Experience working with APIs, integrations and enterprise applications.
Understanding of modern software engineering practices, testing methodologies and DevOps principles.
Experience working within Agile product teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical technical solutions.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Proactive and collaborative communication style
Capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience within HR technology, People & Culture processes or Employee Services environments is considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test and maintain digital solutions supporting People & Culture processes.
Build secure, scalable and maintainable software products, automations and integrations.
Configure, develop and support solutions within UiPath, SAP SuccessFactors Accenture Document Composer, Adobe Sign and Microsoft Power Platform.
Take ownership of solutions from technical design and development through deployment, operation, maintenance and continuous improvement.
Develop intelligent automation solutions that improve employee experience, operational efficiency and service quality.
