Responsibilities Develop and circulate HR documentation, meeting materials and weekly communications Ensure the database and personnel files are updated and maintained accurately Support tracking and reporting of HR core processes Maintain accurate records of HR documentation and work instructions Requirements Active student status at a Polish university Strong computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint English proficiency at B2 level (written and spoken) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Good problem-solving and analytical abilities Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset Nice to have Interest in HR processes and systems Previous internship or volunteer experience in administrative roles

Active student status at a Polish university
Strong computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
