Role requirements

• You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field and have a strong passion for HR topics and strategic thinking

• You have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, work in a structured, detail-oriented, and quality-focused manner, and have a strong eye for detail

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with data analysis tools or HR systems such as Personio or SAP SuccessFactors is a plus

• You have a proactive and independent mindset, are eager to learn, and take initiative. You have excellent English and German communication skills

• You are available for an internship of at least 6 months or 12–20 hours per week as a working student

Tasks & Responsibilities

• You support strategic and operational HR projects at the highest management level

• You contribute to topics related to organizational development, HR strategy, and internal communications

• You support the CHRO Office with day-to-day business operations and administrative tasks

• You assist with meeting preparation and follow-up as well as documentation

• You support the preparation and development of presentations

• You analyze and prepare HR metrics and data

• You collaborate closely with HR leadership

• You gain valuable insights into strategic HR decision-making and the implementation of HR strategies
