You’re a great fit if you
hold a university degree in Finance, Banking, Economics or a related field
are fluent in English and Polish
are excited about Retail Banking, Customer Experience (CX) and designing solutions that make banking simpler and better for customers
have been active in student organisations, academic societies, volunteering or extracurricular initiatives
have up to 2 years of professional experience (internships/placements welcome)
During the programme you will
complete three rotations across different teams and initiatives within Retail Banking, contributing to projects that improve Customer Experience (CX) and deliver innovative solutions for our customers
take ownership of your development by showing initiative, learning fast, and proactively building your network across the organisation to shape your next rotation choices.
join Global Learning Experiences (international events) designed to kick off and close your ITP journey, where you’ll learn about ING’s strategy and banking fundamentals and strengthen key personal skills
work on sustainability-related topics as part of your rotations and/or additional assignments, supporting ING’s sustainability ambitions
