Role Description
As a member of the Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for leading capital investment projects and supporting activities related to the day-to-day technical maintenance of the facility, ensuring its development, reliability, and safety.
Responsibilities
Lead and execute investment projects within assigned budgets, focusing on the maintenance and development of the facility infrastructure
Provide technical expertise and support for ongoing infrastructure maintenance activities
Coordinate and supervise external contractors performing work on-site
Ensure compliance of projects with construction law requirements and corporate standards
Prepare technical specifications and requests for quotations (RFQs) for external suppliers and contractors
Maintain and update building and infrastructure documentation
Support internal administrative processes related to the technical and infrastructure area
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Utilities, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and delivering capital investment projects
Strong knowledge of construction law and practical experience in ensuring regulatory compliance
English language proficiency at B2 level or higher, enabling effective communication and technical documentation review
Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, documentation, and engineering drawings
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make independent technical decisions based on available data
Excellent organizational skills, result orientation, and ability to manage priorities effectively
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
Good understanding of health and safety regulations and practical application of HSE requirements in technical projects
