Requirements
Demonstrated experience in Business Analysis and Delivery, including requirements definition and management, process modelling (BPMN), capability mapping, data analysis, backlog refinement, UAT support, and value tracking.
Proven leadership in Business Analysis and UX practitioners, including human-centred design practices, research, personas, journeys, service blueprints, wireframes, prototypes, design critique, accessibility, and design ops governance.
Familiarity with tooling such as Figma and Adobe is beneficial.
Experience working in Agile (Scrum/SAFe), Design Thinking, OKRs/KPIs, and hypothesis-driven delivery, with excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
