Main stakeholders are Core IS groups and BAIS.You will be mainly accountable for:Implement Crisis management and improve Process maturity and adoptionMaintain/develop/improve/ build awareness and understanding of ABB Core IS Crisis Management FrameworkImplement/maintain Crisis Management toolMaintain Crisis Management HandbookSupport Crisis Management during crisis events, collects input for the design and improvement of a processCooperate and align with Group Crisis Management Process OwnerSelection, nomination & regularly refresh trainings of people for the core Crisis Management teamPlan and perform exercises / drills with the core CMT members at quarterly intervalsOur team dynamics You will join a dynamic, talented team, where you will be able to thrive.Qualifications for the roleBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Zakres obowiązków

• Wdrażanie praktyki zarządzania kryzysowego w organizacji.

• Utrzymywanie i rozwijanie świadomości na temat ram zarządzania kryzysowego ABB.

• Wspieranie zarządzania kryzysowego podczas wydarzeń kryzysowych.

• Planowanie i przeprowadzanie ćwiczeń z członkami zespołu zarządzania kryzysowego.

• Współpraca z właścicielem procesu zarządzania kryzysowego w grupie.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Master’s Degree preferred

• Above 7 years of relevant experience and min. 5 years of experience in crisis management within global environments

• Passionate about Business Continuity management practice

• Good understanding of Business Continuity Management

• Good influence skills to drive transformation across the whole IS community

• Advanced experience on Crisis Governance, management & reporting

• Experience of being a Change Agent challenging conventional thinking, approach and methodology and driving improvements

• English proficiency desired

• Implement/maintain Crisis Management tool

• Maintain Crisis Management Handbook

• Support Crisis Management during crisis events, collects input for the design and improvement of a process

• Cooperate and align with Group Crisis Management Process Owner

• Selection, nomination & regularly refresh trainings of people for the core Crisis Management team

• Plan and perform exercises / drills with the core CMT members at quarterly intervals
