This role leads strategic initiatives and programs focused on continuously improving service delivery, maintaining Service Portfolio, optimizing internal procedures, enhancing integration, and driving transformational efforts across the organization. All initiatives must comply with regulatory requirements and align with internal Core IS standards.Working in close partnership with Service Owners, the Lead ensures the highest standards of service management while balancing evolving business needs and objectives. By championing a culture of continuous improvement, the Lead will foster collaboration with key stakeholders, oversee the performance of FTS operations, and develop strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to support long-term service success.The work model for the role is: #Li-hybrid / #Li-remoteYou will be mainly accountable for:Describing and defining IT processes/services including relationships, dependencies, and business value. Promoting ABB Service Standards and closely working with Service Owners on continues ImprovementsService Portfolio: Preparing and maintaining FTS Service Portfolio.Financial Performance: ensuring that the organization's Service Portfolio is effective, efficient and in line with best practices, the IS FTS Services Effectiveness Lead can help to improve the organization's financial performance and profitability.Effectiveness: Defining, applying and executing the relevant measurement and reporting management practice to enable planning, controlling, reviewing, and auditing services to meet agreed Key Performance Indicator targets.Performance monitoring and status reporting, including: comprehensive services review, reviewing the effectiveness of measures on an ongoing basis, establishing and overseeing external and internal Information delivery channels, security skills coverage.Providing consultation, advice, and supporting the effectiveness of IS services, or the change of existing IS services.Services documentation and processes monitoring including gaps identifications, improvements management and evaluation of the services roadmap delivery.Effectiveness assignments. Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in identifying and leading improvement initiatives within IS processes and service management.

• Excellent verbal communication skills, with prior consultancy experience considered an advantage.

• Experience in project, programme, and transition/transformation management.

• Strong facilitation skills with business leads and technology experts.

• Expertise in reporting and measurement, methodologies, and market standards knowledge.

• Financial knowledge of service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for describing and defining IT processes and services, including relationships, dependencies, and business value.

• Play a key role in shaping and promoting ABB Service Standards, working closely with Service Owners to drive continuous improvements.

• Take ownership of preparing and maintaining the FTS Service Portfolio.

• Deliver high-quality financial performance by ensuring the Service Portfolio is effective, efficient, and aligned with best practices.

• Lead efforts to define, apply, and execute measurement and reporting management practices to enable planning, controlling, reviewing, and auditing services.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to monitor performance, provide status reporting, and oversee information delivery channels and security coverage.

• Help drive innovation in providing consultation, advice, and supporting the effectiveness of IS services or changes to existing IS services.

• Take ownership of services documentation, process monitoring, gap identification, improvements management, and evaluation of the services roadmap delivery.

• Lead efforts on mini projects across the FTS Domain, including consultation, senior stakeholder management, preparation of Statements of Work, and leading project work streams.
