The role contributes to the effectiveness of IS Observability monitoring and event management services by improving data quality, reducing manual intervention, and accelerating incident resolution.Working alongside senior architects and other engineers, this role contributes to automation initiatives that connect enterprise applications, IT Service Management platforms, data sources, cloud services, and operational systems.
