Dołącz do nas i pomóż zarządzać tym, co napędza świat.Stanowisko to podlega:IS Senior Service Owner for Process Automation and Optimization__Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to lead Automation service line in the design and development of end-to-end lifecycle roadmaps and effective and efficient delivery of services together with a team of dedicated internal and external suppliers.Each day, you will be responsible to design, implement, and maintain the framework to deliver the services in scope, on time, within budget, and in line with the customer’s expectations. You will also showcase your expertise by managing multiple third-party global vendor contracts to assure high service quality and optimizing the cost.The work model for the role is: hybrid This role is contributing to the FTS Process Automation and Optimization Service.You will be mainly accountable for:Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Business Process Automation (BPA) services, ensuring reliable delivery and continuous improvement.Define and execute the service strategy, roadmap, and service catalog aligned with business and IS objectives.Ensure high service performance (availability, quality, security, and scalability) and act as the escalation point for critical service issues.Manage the automation demand pipeline, including intake, prioritization, and estimation of initiatives.Own the service budget, including cost control, forecasting, and value optimization.Govern global vendors and delivery partners, ensuring SLA compliance and continuous performance improvement.Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate process automation needs into scalable solutions.Drive continuous service improvement (CSI) and innovation, including adoption of new automation and AI technologies.Ensure compliance with IS policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.Lead cross-functional team of 8 people and foster strong collaboration across IS, business, and external partners.Qualifications for the roleMaster’s Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economy or related field.7+ years of experience in IT applications/services, including at least 3 years managing global services or projects.Solid understanding of Business Process Automation (RPA, Power Platform, workflow tools) and finance systems.Strong knowledge of IT service management concepts (ITIL), Agile/Scrum, and vendor management.Proven analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with business and technology understanding.Experience leading teams (or strong leadership skills), with the ability to drive performance and collaboration across global teams.Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.More about us The Finance Technology Services provides end-to-end IS services related to design, build and run of global corporate financial applications. Your role and responsibilities

Strong knowledge of IT service management concepts (ITIL), Agile/Scrum, and vendor management.
Proven analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with business and technology understanding.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
